Coming in October 2018 - Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga with Janet McInnes

Pregnancy, birth, and post-birth is a magical and intense time. It is an emotional and spiritual experience. It is transformational and life-altering.

Janet is super excited to be offering  prenatal and postnatal yoga practices from October 2018 to help you navigate your way through these life changes with more support, strength, and confidence. 

She will be fresh from her studies with Cat Allen (Forrest Yoga Level 5 Teacher, mentor and creator of Poppy Perinatal Yoga School), Bridget Boland (Forrest Yoga Level 5 teacher, birth and death coach) and Ellen Heed (Somatic Educator and Healer, Craniosacral Therapist, Sexological Bodyworker) and will be sharing in group and private classes.

In these Forrest-inspired classes you will learn to connect emotionally, physically, and spiritually with yourself as preparation for pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

There will be specific postpartum yoga practices that promote healing and support after childbirth, including vaginal birth, surgical birth, VBAC, and pregnancy loss.

Yoga practices to relieve pain, discomfort, anxiety, depression that could accompany pregnancy and postpartum.
