Janet McInnes  Founder of Leith Yoga and Lead Teacher  Janet McInnes is a Level 3 Certified Forrest Yoga Teacher who has completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation and Advanced Teacher Trainings with Ana Forrest. Janet has assisted Ana Forrest and Guardian teachers Jambo Truong and Sandra Robinson.  A warm and inclusive teacher, Janet is dedicated to her ongoing development as a yoga teacher and bodyworker and is passionate about sharing the healing benefits of Forrest Yoga with her community.  "Forrest Yoga is not the answer, to me, Forrest Yoga is the ritual of connecting to self in a profound way, from where  a flood of questions arise about how we want to feel, how we want our lives to be and how we want to be in our relationships.   Jane Mann  Forrest Yoga Teacher   Jane completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Training with Ana Forrest in September 2017. She also holds a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Certificate and has been teaching in Edinburgh for two years. Having practised with Janet at Leith Yoga for over a year, she has also completed CPD trainings with Forrest Guardians Jambo Truong and Sandra Robinson, and is excited to join Jambo and Brian Campbell for the Yoga Bodyworkers Training in November 2017.  “I’ve been practising yoga for many years to help me balance my emotions and ride life a little easier, but once I started practicing Forrest, yoga became something else entirely: for me, it does more than balance – it gets into all the nooks and crannies where pain and fear have hidden themselves, it gifts you with your own breath to choose what you do with it from there. The way I witness myself on the mat, when challenged, acts as a clear mirror for how I react to challenges in my life day-to-day. To say I’m excited about teaching and sharing this practice at Leith Yoga is a massive understatement!”
