BEGINNERS INTRO TO FORREST YOGA

You will be introduced to yoga and breathing practices that connect you to your strength and help you identify and unwind tension in areas such as the hips, neck and shoulders.

Suitable for complete beginners.

Modifications and hands on assists will be offered to suit your needs.

Takes place in a room heated between 22-28 °C.

Mondays 6-7.15pm, Tuesdays 7.30-8.45pm, Thursdays 9-10.15am

BASICS

Basics is a class perfect for beginners, students over the age of 50 and those working with injuries or chronic illness. Moving at a slow pace, in this Forrest-Inspired class you will explore pranayama, specialised core exercises, asana and relaxation.

This is also suitable for more advanced students who need a restful connected practice.

Learn to slow down it all down, breathe deeply and begin to heal.

Modifications and hands on assists will be offered to suit your needs.

Tuesdays 10-11.15am

level 1 forrest yoga

Building on the fundamentals introduced in beginners classes, you will revise breath practices, basic moves and be introduced to new strengthening poses and themes.

Ideal if you have attended 6-12 Beginners classes or have some experience in yoga.

Modifications and hands on assists will be offered to suit your needs.

Takes place in a room heated between 22-28 °C.

Wednesdays 7.30-8.45pm

level 2-3 forrest yoga

These classes explore the deeper elements of Forrest Yoga. 

Classes are challenging and it is recommended that you have established your yoga routine by attending beginners classes for a few months or you are experienced in another yoga style.

Modifications and hands on assists will be offered to suit your needs.

Classes take place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Tuesdays 6-7.15pm, Thursdays 7.30-8.45pm, Sunday 10.30am-noon

6 WEEK PRENATAL SESSION

Pranayama and asana practices to meet you where you’re at and accommodate your needs during pregnancy.

This is Forrest-inspired  class that incorporates specialized core exercises designed for supporting prenatal people.

You will learn to connect emotionally, physically, and spiritually with yourself as preparation for pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

Enrolment is for the full course only with a make up option if you can not attend all dates. This must be arranged in advance (minimum of 24 hours) and the make up class used within the duration of the course.

Core Support

A  Forrest-inspired class that incorporates specialized core exercises designed for supporting people who have been pregnant.

With a focus on creating a safe space for connection and community, this class includes yoga, meditation and hands-on assists.
