6 Week Intro to Forrest Yoga

This course will introduce you to the basic principles of Forrest Yoga.

It is suitable for new beginners and those with experience in any discipline of yoga.
This course starts very slowly and builds in momentum over the 6 weeks as you connect to your breath and get stronger.
Takes place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Enrolment is for the full course only with a make up option if you can not attend all dates. This must be arranged in advance (minimum of 24 hours) and the make up class used within the duration of the course.

6 week next step forrest yoga

Building on the fundamentals introduced in the Intro course, you will revise the basic moves and be introduced to new strengthening poses and themes.
Takes place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Ideal for those who have completed the Intro course and practitioners with experience in other yoga disciplines who are looking to refresh their knowledge of the basics and learn more about Forrest Yoga.
Also ideal for seasoned yoga practitioners who have taken time off from their practice and want to regain strength and stability.

Enrolment is for the full course with a make up option if you can not attend all dates. This must be arranged in advance (minimum of 24 hours) and the make up class used within the duration of the course.

Drop ins are often available for Next Step classes.

6 WEEK PRENATAL SESSION

Pranayama and asana practices to meet you where you’re at and accommodate your needs during pregnancy.

This is Forrest-inspired  class that incorporates specialized core exercises designed for supporting prenatal people.

You will learn to connect emotionally, physically, and spiritually with yourself as preparation for pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

Enrolment is for the full course only with a make up option if you can not attend all dates. This must be arranged in advance (minimum of 24 hours) and the make up class used within the duration of the course.

forrest basics

A class perfect for beginners, students over the age of 50 and those working with injuries or chronic illness. Moving at a slow pace you will explore breathing exercises, postures and relaxation. 

Takes place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Learn to slow it all down, breathe deeply and begin to heal.

Core Support

A  Forrest-inspired class that incorporates specialized core exercises designed for supporting people who have given birth.

With a focus on creating a safe space for connection and community, this class includes yoga, meditation and hands-on assists.

Wednesdays 10-11.15am from 10 October 2018

These classes explore the deeper elements of Forrest Yoga. Classes are challenging and it is recommended that you attend the 6 Week Intro to Forrest Yoga course first or you have experience in another yoga discipline.

Takes place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Modifications  and hands on assists will be offered to suit your needs.
