BEGINNERS Intro to Forrest Yoga
You will be introduced to yoga and breathing practices that connect you to your strength and help you identify and unwind tension in areas such as the hips, neck and shoulders.

Takes place in a room heated between 22-28 °C
Basics is a class perfect for beginners, students over the age of 50 and those working with injuries or chronic illness. Moving at a slow pace, in this Forrest-Inspired class you will explore pranayama, specialised core exercises, asana and relaxation.
This is also suitable for more advanced students who need a restful connected practice.
Learn to slow down it all down, breathe deeply and begin to heal.
Modifications and hands on assists will be offered to suit your needs.
