6 Week Intro to Forrest Yoga

This course will introduce you to the basic principles of Forrest Yoga.

It is suitable for new beginners and those with experience in any discipline of yoga.
This course starts very slowly and builds in momentum over the 6 weeks as you connect to your breath and get stronger.
Takes place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Enrolment is for the full course only with a make up option if you can not attend all dates. This must be arranged in advance (minimum of 24 hours) and the make up class used within the duration of the course.

6 Week Next Step Forrest Yoga

Building on the fundamentals introduced in the Intro course, you will revise the basic moves and be introduced to new strengthening poses and themes.
Takes place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Ideal for those who have completed the Intro course and practitioners with experience in other yoga disciplines who are looking to refresh their knowledge of the basics and learn more about Forrest Yoga.
Also ideal for seasoned yoga practitioners who have taken time off from their practice and want to regain strength and stability.

Enrolment is for the full course only with a make up option if you can not attend all dates. This must be arranged in advance (minimum of 24 hours) and the make up class used within the duration of the course.

Drop ins are often available for Next Step classes.
