6 Week Intro to Forrest Yoga
This course will introduce you to the basic principles of Forrest Yoga. It is suitable for new beginners and those with experience in any discipline of yoga.
Takes place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.
6 Week Next Step
Building on the fundamentals introduced in the Intro course, you will revise the basic moves and be introduced to new strengthening poses and themes. This is ideal for those who have completed the Intro course and practitioners with experience in other yoga disciplines keen to explore Forrest Yoga. Takes place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.
Drop ins may be available for Next Step classes.
6 Week Forrest Basics
A class perfect for beginners, students over the age of 50 and those working with injuries or chronic illness. Moving at a slow pace you will explore breathing exercises, postures and relaxation.
Learn to slow it all down, breathe deeply and begin to heal.
UPLEVEL FORRest yoga CLASSES
These classes explore the deeper elements of Forrest Yoga. Classes are challenging and it is recommended that you attend the 6 Week Intro to Forrest Yoga course first or you have a long standing practice in another yoga discipline.
Modifications and hands on assists will be offered to suit your needs.
Uplevel classes take place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Uplevel : Thursday 7.30-8.45pm
Uplevel : Sunday 10.30am-12.00noon
Forrest Yoga challenges students to access their whole being, to carry their transformative experience off the mat and into their lives. Through the practice of Forrest Yoga we begin to develop our connection to ourselves and to each other, to strengthen our community, share our vulnerabilities and celebrate our strengths.
Leith Yoga hosts regular workshops with guest teachers offering complementary practices that support this deepening connection.
