Leith Yoga offers weekly Forrest Yoga classes and regular workshops to Beginners and Advanced practitioners.

These 6 week courses will introduce you to the basic principles of Forrest Yoga. They are suitable for new beginners and those with experience in any discipline of yoga.

Intro classes take place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

UPLEVEL FORRest yoga CLASSES

These classes explore the deeper elements of Forrest Yoga. Classes are challenging and it is recommended that you attend the 6 Week Intro to Forrest Yoga course first or you have a long standing practice in another yoga discipline.

Modifications  and hands on assists will be offered to suit your needs.

Uplevel classes take place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Thursday 6-7.15pm & 7.30-8.45pm
Sunday 10.30am-12.00noon

GO DEEPER WORKSHOPS
 

Explore the deeper healing potential of Forrest Yoga in a series of upcoming workshops, Go Deeper. The intent of these workshops is to develop our connection to ourselves and to each other, to strengthen our community, share our vulnerabilities and celebrate our strengths. 

These workshops are only open to those who have a Forrest Yoga practice and will be limited to 10 students. Go Deeper, with 2 1/2 hours of asana practice and talking ceremony.

Go Deeper workshops take place in a room heated between 26-30 °C.

Go Deeper workshops are £25 each or discounted to £65 for 3.
